Brittany Phillips was murdered just days before what would have been her 19th birthday. When I first heard Maggie (her mom) speak about Brittany I was just drawn to the case.
Then, I realized that Brittany and my daughter, Myke share a birthday - October 4 - though different years. My heart sank.
Here Maggie talks with one hell of a no-nonsense, intuitive, and committed investigator Sheryl McCollum on her podcast Zone 7 - I've spent hours on the phone with Maggie over the years and a lot is happening lately with some new information.
It's been 18 years - this case is cold but I truly believe it doesn't need to be. There is a lot there and a ton of dedicated people trying to find the person who murdered Brittany in Tulsa, OK in her apartment in 2004.
